The challenge
Reverse Tech wanted to reward its team and bring everyone together with a getaway outside the city. An incentive like this has a twofold aim: to thank people for their work and to build ties between colleagues who, day to day, may work in different teams or remotely.
The group was looking for nature, a good atmosphere and a balanced programme. Neither an agenda so packed that there was no time to breathe, nor empty days. We needed accommodation with large outdoor spaces where the whole programme could take place without constant transfers.
What we did
- Venue. The incentive was based at Mas Solà, a hotel with large gardens and green spaces ideal for outdoor activities.
- Outdoor programme. We designed group activities on the hotel lawn, with interactive sessions for the whole team.
- Wellbeing. We included a yoga session in the garden as an active break in the programme.
- Drone group photo. We arranged an aerial photo of the team by drone, a shared keepsake of the trip.
- Queimada night. At nightfall we prepared a traditional queimada, a flaming spirit drink with its own fire ritual, followed by group singing with printed lyrics for everyone.
- Logistics. We coordinated meals and timings with the hotel so the group only had to enjoy themselves.
The result
Reverse Tech gave its team an incentive with a varied, well-paced programme: activity, rest, time together and an evening steeped in tradition. All in a single venue, with no transfers and the garden as the main stage.
