What kind of events does Mas Solà suit?
Mas Solà is an option for when the goal is to take the team out of the city: to think, connect and rest in the same place. We suggest it for two or three-day incentive trips, leadership offsites, strategy meetings and seminars and small residential conventions. If the programme needs a night in Barcelona, it pairs well with a dinner in the city on the first or last day.
Spaces
From what we know of the hotel, having produced an event there, the programme draws on three types of space:
- Working rooms for plenary sessions, workshops and group meals.
- Gardens for outdoor activities, wellbeing (early morning yoga) and drinks receptions.
- Glass greenhouse for dinners and special moments.
We have not been able to verify room capacities or the number of bedrooms in an official source, so the venue data panel does not show them. We request them from the hotel for every enquiry.
Getting there
It is roughly an hour from Barcelona. The usual approach is a coach transfer from the airport or from the city hotel, with a departure time planned to arrive for the first session or the welcome lunch.
Production tips
- Design the programme in blocks. A morning of work, an afternoon activity and a special dinner. With accommodation on the estate you lose no time on transfers.
- Weather and season. Much of the programme is outdoors. Have indoor alternatives for every activity.
- Suppliers from Barcelona. AV, entertainment or photography usually come from the city: allow for travel and set-up times.
- Moments the group will remember. At the Reverse Tech incentive we included a drone group photo and a night-time queimada: simple moments to produce and very photogenic.
What works well nearby
If the incentive starts or ends in Barcelona, a dinner at Llotja de Mar or the Torre de Collserola closes the programme with the city as a backdrop. For a working day in the city beforehand, see our meeting rooms.
