What you will find in these case studies
Every case study follows the same structure: the challenge the client brought us, what we did and what they achieved. We state the venue, date and format. Where attendee numbers are on record, we give them; where they are not, we do not make them up. The idea is that you can compare them with your own project and see how we work before asking for a proposal.
Congresses and conferences
For Establishment Labs we organised the 9th WSEI congress, three days of scientific programme with dinners at Llotja de Mar and the Drassanes Reials (see case study). For Gurobi we produced Gurobi Live in the IMO auditorium (see case study) and for Frontify, its Paradigms branding conference (see case study). More detail in congress organisation.
Trade show events: ISE, In-Cosmetics, IBTM and INTA
The major shows at Fira Barcelona account for a large part of our work. With Logitech we have worked across several editions of ISE: a joint event with Microsoft at Llotja de Mar in 2022 (see case study), a partner meeting next to the exhibition centre in 2024 (see case study) and a new event at the Llotja in 2025 (see case study). We have also produced evenings for Provital during In-Cosmetics at MNAC (see case study) and for Meliá with the IBTM Hosted Buyers (see case study). We explain more in trade show events.
Company conventions and meetings
Annual conventions such as Edenred's E-Day at Hotel Miramar and in Sitges (see case study), the Duscholux dealer convention (see case study) and Kave Home's 40th anniversary at its own factory (see case study). In smaller formats, the Trend Micro workshop at Torre Bellesguard (see case study) and an executive meeting at a masia in Les Gavarres (see case study).
