The challenge
Esteve, a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Barcelona, wanted to offer its guests a dinner unlike the usual ones. The choice of venue already set it apart: Torre de Collserola, in the Collserola hills, with a viewing deck overlooking the whole metropolitan area.
A venue like this comes with conditions. Access is by lift, capacity is limited and the technical set-up has to adapt to a floor that was not designed as a banqueting room. The challenge was to make the most of the views without the dinner relying on them alone, with content created for the brand.
What we did
- Concept. The evening was titled “Lights in the Sky”: light, height and surprise as the common thread.
- Table mapping. We designed and produced projection mapping on the tables, with content customised for Esteve.
- Illusionism. We booked illusionist Jorge Luengo, with his performance woven into the pace of the dinner.
- Food and signature cocktails. We coordinated a high-end menu and a cocktail list created for the occasion.
- Views. We planned timings so guests could enjoy the viewing deck before and during the evening.
- Venue logistics. We planned access, guest transfers up the tower and the technical set-up within the tower's limitations.
The result
Esteve gave its guests a dinner with a character of its own in one of Barcelona's most unusual venues, where projection technology, illusionism and food formed a single experience, with the brand present at every table.
Table mapping is a very useful tool for corporate dinners with smaller groups: it lets you tell the company's story or present a product without screens or a stage. We explain more in gala dinners. If you are looking for presentation formats with branded content, see product launches as well.
