The challenge
Edenred, a provider of employee benefits and business payment solutions, brings its team in Spain together for its own annual day: E-Day. It is the moment of the year to share results, recognise the people who have stood out and strengthen team spirit.
For the 2022 edition it was looking for a hotel in Barcelona with function rooms for the content, outdoor spaces for the welcome and an atmosphere that allowed the day to move from convention to celebration without changing venue.
What we did
- Venue. The day took place at Hotel Miramar Barcelona, on the slopes of Montjuïc, with gardens and terraces above the port.
- Themed welcome. We prepared a welcome in the E-Day branding with gifts for every attendee, in a relaxed, summery tone.
- Convention. We set up the session room with stage, screen and sound for the leadership team's presentations.
- Awards. We produced the awards moment on stage, with on-screen content and an all-white dress code that gave the group a unified look.
- Evening. The day continued into the night in one of the hotel's function rooms, opening onto the garden.
- On-site team. Our production team was at the hotel throughout the day to coordinate suppliers and timings.
The result
Edenred held its 2022 E-Day in a single venue, with a clear flow from welcome to content, recognition and celebration. The format allowed the company to bring its team together and combine the corporate message with personal connection in one day.
