Getting there
It is inside the Fira Montjuïc site, with access from the Plaça d'Espanya area. Espanya station (metro and FGC) is a few minutes' walk away, there is a taxi rank in front of the main entrance and private parking. The airport is around 15 to 20 minutes away by car.
Production tips
- Use the foyer for sponsors. It is the crossing point between the auditorium and meeting rooms: the best place for stands and coffee breaks.
- Work out real capacity on the upper level. For sessions with voting, Q&A or interaction, consider whether you need both levels or only the stalls.
- Coordinate with the Fira calendar. If there is an exhibition in the neighbouring halls, access and parking are shared.
- Plan the evening on Montjuïc. The hill's museums and venues are a few minutes away for the gala dinner.
