What kind of events does the Reial Cercle Artístic suit?

It is a venue with a lot of character for groups of 20 to 180 people in the heart of Ciutat Vella. It suits meetings and seminars, client presentations, training days followed by dinner and small-format gala dinners. For international groups it has a clear advantage: the Gothic Quarter is on the doorstep, and a walking tour fits naturally into the programme.

Getting there

Carrer dels Arcs, 5, between Plaça Nova and Portal de l'Àngel. Jaume I (L4) and Plaça de Catalunya (L1 and L3) metro stations are a few minutes' walk away. It is a pedestrian area: coaches drop the group around Via Laietana or Plaça de Catalunya.

Production tips

Choose by format. For a session with projection, the Teatro de los Atlantes has full sound and lighting. For a dinner, the Sala Gótica.
Rooftop with a plan B. The Terrat is a great asset for a sunset drinks reception, but it needs an indoor alternative.
Access and loading. Narrow, pedestrian streets: we coordinate delivery times for equipment and catering.
Guided walk. A short route through the Gothic Quarter before the session or dinner gives the group context at no logistical cost.

What works well nearby

A few steps away is the Ateneu Barcelonès, with a 239-seat auditorium, and Foment del Treball on Via Laietana. For a larger-scale dinner in Ciutat Vella, there is Llotja de Mar.
