Casa Batlló: presentations and private dinners on Passeig de Gràcia

Casa Batlló is the house Gaudí remodelled on Passeig de Gràcia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It hires out spaces for drinks receptions, small dinners and brand launches, including the noble floor and the Gaudí Cube, a six-sided LED room. We suggest it for VIP client events and incentive programmes.

What kind of events does Casa Batlló suit?

Casa Batlló is a venue for small groups and image-led objectives. It suits product launches for luxury, technology or design brands, leadership dinners and the centrepiece of an incentive trip. We do not suggest it for plenaries or groups of several hundred: its value lies in intimacy and architecture, not scale.

Spaces

According to information published by the house itself at industry trade shows such as IMEX:

  • Noble floor: the main floor, with the undulating windows over Passeig de Gràcia. For drinks receptions and intimate gala dinners.
  • Gaudí Cube: the six-sided LED room, designed for immersive experiences and brand launches with bespoke content.

We have not been able to verify official capacities for each space, so the venue data panel does not show them. We confirm them with the house for every enquiry, together with times and conditions for use outside visiting hours.

Getting there

Passeig de Gràcia, 43, between Consell de Cent and Aragó. Passeig de Gràcia metro (L2, L3 and L4) is a few metres away. As along the whole avenue, coaches can only make brief stops: we handle this with staggered arrivals or on-foot transfers from nearby hotels.

Production tips

  • Outside visiting hours. The house welcomes visitors all day. Private events fit into specific time slots that need to be booked well in advance.
  • Content for the Gaudí Cube. If you want to use the LED room with your brand, commission the content early and ask for the technical specifications before producing it.
  • Light set-up. As a World Heritage Site, staging is minimal. The building takes centre stage: lighting, music and service need to be well coordinated.
  • Large groups in shifts. If your group is large, plan visits in shifts and a drinks reception or dinner at a second venue.

What works well nearby

La Pedrera is a five-minute walk away and offers an auditorium for content sessions. For a dinner with more capacity, Llotja de Mar or the MNAC can take groups of several hundred. If you need a working room nearby, the Ateneu Barcelonès is a short walk away.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can Casa Batlló hold?

The house does not publish capacities for each space in any source we have been able to verify. It depends on the space, the format and the time of day. We confirm it directly with the house when preparing your proposal.

What type of event suits Casa Batlló best?

Drinks receptions and dinners for small groups, product launches for premium brands and highlight moments within an incentive trip. For large groups it is best combined with another venue.

Can you project brand content?

Yes. The Gaudí Cube is a six-sided LED room designed for immersive experiences and tailored launches. Content needs to be prepared in good time and in the format the house requires.
