Torre Bellesguard: workshops and meetings at a Gaudí estate

Torre Bellesguard is a Gaudí house on the slopes of Collserola, with gardens and views over Barcelona. It hires out a 180 m² glazed room for 80 people theatre-style or 50 in a U-shape, opening onto the gardens. In 2023 we produced a Trend Micro workshop there. We suggest it for leadership meetings and offsites.

What kind of events does Bellesguard suit?

Bellesguard is one of Gaudí's lesser-known works, and that is what makes it interesting: discreet, quiet and twenty minutes from the centre. It suits leadership meetings and seminars, team workshops, client committees and product presentations for small groups. It also works as the venue for a working day within an incentive, with a tour of the house included. That is the format we used for the Trend Micro workshop.

Rooms and capacities

The working space is a fully equipped 180 m² glazed room, with wifi and direct access to the gardens. The front doors open to join room and garden, which works very well for breaks and lunches in spring and autumn.

  • Theatre-style: up to 80 people.
  • U-shaped tables: up to 50 people.

Exclusive use of the whole estate can be booked. The gardens are used for drinks, lunches and outdoor activities, with capacity to be confirmed depending on the set-up.

Getting there

Carrer de Bellesguard, 20, in Sant Gervasi, next to the Ronda de Dalt. There is an on-site car park for around six cars with a separate entrance. With groups, a coach or minibus from the hotel is the practical choice: arriving by public transport means walking uphill from the nearest stops.

Production tips

  • The right size. It is a venue for groups of up to 80. If your meeting grows, a different option is better than forcing the capacity.
  • Natural light. The room is glazed. For mid-morning projection, ask for blackout or use LED screens instead of a projector.
  • External catering. As it is not a hotel, catering comes from outside: agree catering office areas and delivery times in advance.
  • Tour of the house. Book a guided tour as a closing session or long break: the group connects with the place and the day gains value at no logistical cost.

What works well nearby

The Torre de Collserola is on the same hillside and works for a dinner with views after the workshop. To accommodate the group uptown, Torre Melina, a Gran Meliá Hotel is well connected via the Ronda. And if you need an auditorium nearby, Espacio IMO offers 300 seats.

Frequently asked questions

How many people does the Torre Bellesguard room hold?

The glazed room measures 180 m² and holds 80 people theatre-style or 50 at U-shaped tables, according to the estate's events brochure. For larger groups, check with the owners.

Can you bring in external catering?

Yes. The brochure states that external catering can be hired, with a quote based on your needs. We coordinate it with suppliers who know the space.

Is there parking?

There is a private car park inside the estate for around six cars, with a separate entrance, and parking in the area. For groups we recommend a coach or minibus transfer.

Have you organised events at Bellesguard?

Yes. In June 2023 we organised a workshop there for Trend Micro, with sessions in the glazed room and breaks in the garden.
