The challenge
Microsoft and Logitech work together on meeting room and video conferencing solutions, and ISE is their main showcase in Europe. After a first joint event at Llotja de Mar (see case study), the two companies renewed their collaboration and asked us for a new format for show week.
The approach was different this time: less of a classic drinks reception and more of a show. They wanted an evening that reflected the technological character of both brands and stood out among all the events held around ISE, without losing sight of the main goal of these occasions: connecting with clients and partners.
What we did
- A venue with character. We worked in a unique Barcelona venue with high ceilings and exposed structure, which let us play with light and rig scenic elements.
- Both brands. We integrated the Microsoft and Logitech identities into lounge areas, furniture and signage, clearly present without overload.
- Lighting and effects. We designed the room lighting with beams and effects that changed with each moment of the evening.
- Aerial show. We booked aerial acrobatics above the audience as the centrepiece of the event.
- Food and bars. A standing food offer and bars spread around the room for fast service.
- Networking. Conversation areas kept apart from the show area so teams could talk with their guests.
The result
Microsoft and Logitech offered their clients and partners an evening with its own identity during ISE, combining innovation, entertainment, food and opportunities to connect. The event worked as an extension of their presence at the show and reinforced a partnership between brands.
Events hosted by two or more brands have their own complexity: double sign-off, balanced logo presence and shared guest lists. We cover this in trade show events. If your aim is to unveil something new, see product launches as well.
