Why ISE is the AV industry's week of the year in Barcelona

ISE, Integrated Systems Europe, is the leading trade show for professional AV and integrated systems. It has been held at Fira Barcelona Gran Via since 2022, and each edition has outgrown the last: in 2026 the show drew 92,170 visitors, and more than 1,750 companies exhibited across 101,000 m².

For a manufacturer or distributor, that means something very concrete. For four days, its integrators, partners and clients from across Europe are in the same city. It is the best chance of the year to bring them together away from the stand, with time to talk and without the noise of the halls.

What works during ISE (and what doesn't)

What works best is what respects the visitor's schedule. Breakfasts before the doors open, partner meetings a few minutes from the exhibition centre and private dinners for 20 to 150 people all draw strong attendance. Big parties work if they have something that sets them apart: a venue guests don't know, live music, an activity built around your product or a reason to celebrate, like the ten years of Better Together between Logitech and Microsoft that we marked at Xalet de Montjuïc in 2026.

What works worst is competing, with no plan, against dozens of invitations on the same night. Before setting a date we check which other industry events clash and choose the slot with the least competition for your audience.

Montjuïc, the city centre or next to the exhibition centre

Fira Gran Via is in L'Hospitalet, right next to Montjuïc. That is why many of our ISE events take place on the hill: MNAC, Poble Espanyol, the terraces of Hotel Miramar and Xalet de Montjuïc are about 15 to 20 minutes away by coach. For a more urban night, Llotja de Mar or Fàbrica Moritz work very well. And for working meetings, the hotels next to the exhibition centre avoid any transfer at all.

During the show there is more traffic than usual and coaches are scarce. So we book transport at the same time as the venue and run staggered departures from the Gran Via entrance or from the hotels.

Logistics for the week

ISE is one of the busiest weeks of the year for Barcelona hotels. AV technicians, hosts, coaches and restaurants available for private hire are also hard to find. Our work starts by securing all of that in time, so that on the day your team only has to look after its guests. If you also have a stand, we coordinate timings with the build and with your team's exit from the exhibition centre.

Our experience at ISE

We have produced events at every edition of ISE held in Barcelona:

• 2022. Logitech and Microsoft's Come Together at Llotja de Mar, with more than 250 guests.
• 2023. Better Together at the Hivernacle del Parc de la Ciutadella and the Yealink and Microsoft VIP event at Mirabé, on Tibidabo.
• 2024. Better Together at Fàbrica Moritz, the Logitech partner meeting at Porta Fira and the Yealink and Microsoft VIP event.
• 2025. Logitech's night at Llotja de Mar and the Logitech Video Install World Cup.
• 2026. Ten years of Logitech and Microsoft Teams' Better Together at Xalet de Montjuïc.
