The challenge
At ISE, Logitech presents its latest products on its stand, but it also needs quiet spaces to work with its channel: sharing roadmaps, reviewing results and listening to its partners. For the 2024 edition, held from late January to early February, it asked us for a meeting of this kind.
Location was key. Attendees were in the middle of show week and could not lose an hour travelling. We needed a room close to Fira Gran Via, with good presentation technology and a format that encouraged conversation, not just listening.
What we did
- Venue next to the show. The meeting took place at Porta Fira, on Plaça d'Europa in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, a short walk from the exhibition centre.
- Registration and welcome. A registration desk staffed by our team, badge collection and directions to the room.
- Round-table set-up. Instead of classic theatre style, we set the room with tables so each group could discuss what was being presented. Projection, sound and microphones for speakers and Q&A.
- Coffee breaks and bar. We organised the breaks and a bar service for the close, designed as networking time between partners and the Logitech team.
- Fitting the show schedule. We aligned timings with ISE so attendees could return to the stand or their meetings without rushing.
The result
Logitech was able to bring its partners together during ISE 2024 in a professional room a few minutes from the exhibition centre, with a working format combining presentations, table discussion and networking. A useful complement to its stand that did not compete with the show agenda.
